Today marks 40 years since the Challenger disaster. The space shuttle broke apart less than two minutes after liftoff, killing all seven crew members: Mike Smith, Dick Scobee, Ronald McNair, Ellison Onizuka, Christa McAuliffe, Gregory Jarvis and Judith Resnik. Today, we remember their sacrifice and honor their legacy.
